Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for ongoing construction projects;
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and construction project records;
  • Handle data entry and update construction project databases;
  • Prepare basic costing and assist in price calculations;
  • Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and management;
  • Track project progress and assist with scheduling;
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries;
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents;
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper office organization;
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and support daily office operations;
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and proper document control;
  • Handle ad-hoc and assigned tasks as required.
