Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations. As the first point of contact for many of our clients and partners, you will play a crucial role in keeping our communication channels organized and ensuring that project inquiries are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Email Management:
Monitor and organize the main company inbox prioritize urgent communications and escalate technical queries to the relevant project managers.
Inquiry Handling:
Respond professionally to general inquiries from sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients via email and phone.
Documentation:
Assist in preparing and filing project-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, and site reports.
Scheduling:
Coordinate meetings and maintain the office calendar to ensure timely follow-ups on tenders and project deadlines.
