We are urgently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creating Purchase orders on Sage Pastel Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies. Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the security guards if needed. Processing supplier invoices Reconciling Trade payables account Providing support to the Accounting Department. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. Generate quotations and respond to the Request for Quotations. Ensure filing and recording of documents are up to date. Provide administration support with tenders / proposals and monitor a time line. Requirements. Higher Certificate/ National diploma in Accounting Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
