Job Summary We are a training centre and will receive customers and/or trainees on a regular basis. The candidate will be the first person our customer and trainees see and hear when they come into our centre. Responsibilities Respond promptly and clearly to customer and trainee phone inquiries to provide accurate information Welcome and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and administrative support to create a positive first impression Register trainees and accurately process training documents using the Training Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth course administration Prepare, file, and upload training administrative paperwork to government portals such as TPGatew...
