Work location Ampang, Selangor. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support. Issuing invoices and purchase orders, maintain and update procurement records. Generate construction progress claims and ensuring timely and accurate claims submission. Verify, received, filling, sorting progress claims together with payment certificates. Organize and maintain files, documents, and records. To perform any other duties as assigned by the management. Prepare quotations / tenders submission based on the invitation from Clients / Main Contractors. BQ calculations & taking off quantity from drawings. Ensure that all quotations / tender documents comply with company standards and client requirements. Responsible in overall contract administration. Following up the certificate valuation from main contractors. Compare and resolve any discrepancy between progress claim & certificate valuation. CIDB declaration for awarded projects. ...
