About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin cum Purchasing professional to join our team at SPRING POWER SDN BHD' in Bintulu Sarawak . This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and purchasing support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and data entry
Handling purchasing tasks such as sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and processing orders
Maintaining accurate records and inventory of purchased items
Assisting with other office duties as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in administrative and purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
