Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and facilities management
- Support travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and calendar coordination for management and employees
- Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, and internal records
- Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees, including workstation setup and administrative coordination
