Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting project-related documentation (e.g., permits, site reports, safety documents).
  • Maintain and update staff records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support project teams with coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients on administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR, finance, and procurement documentation when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • 1-2 years of relevant admin experience experience in the construction industry is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
