Roles &Responsibilities

. Responsible for the administration and support various departments

. Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes dataentry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.)

. Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.

. Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department goals.

. Other Ad hoc Duties assigned.

Requirement

. Bachelor degree from a recognised university

. FRESH candidates welcome. 1-2 years of relevant experience an advantage

. Proficient in Microsoft office an advantage

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Strong motivation and good attitudes

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision
