Job Description

As an Administrative Exective , you will assist the Operations Manager and Head Chef in overseeing

the operational activities (Admin Dept) at an Institutional Site of Curate Kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Planning of Duty Roster for daily operations.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Oversees inventory and raise Purchase Order accordingly.
  • Serves as a point of contact for maintenance, mailing and purchasing requests.
  • Provide administrative support to various project, as assigned.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  • Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe.
  • Co-operate with Management and follow safety and health procedures.
