POSITION OVERVIEW
Company is looking for a responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Executive to support the Company's daily administrative operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and various departments to ensure proper documentation, reporting, record management, and administrative coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration & Documentation
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, agreements, and company documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems and company records.
- Organize and manage physical and digital documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
