Job Overview We are seeking an organized Administrative Executive to manage daily office operations and provide secretarial support to the Director. The ideal candidate handles communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks with high efficiency and professionalism.
. Provide secretarial duties like taking meeting minutes, schedule meetings.
. Check and verify claims and document submissions by the different departments.
. Phone call screenings and managing of emails.
. Manage leave records and attendences.
. Manage invoice payments.
. Prepare and assist in day-to-day admin operations.
. Ensure data accuracy for operational records.
. Order Office and Admin Supplies
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
