Oversee daily office operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure a seamless working environment for everyone. You are the backbone of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration task(s)
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers
  • Invoice and receipt documentation filing
  • Quotation and proposal preparation
  • Sort data and data entry for reporting purposes
  • Meeting minutes and departmental reports
  • Prepare events and meetings needs in advance

Qualifications

  • 2 years of working experience or diploma in business administration
  • Carry own transport
  • Fluent in English or Malay
