Job Description

. Prepare and submit GRA-related documents (forms, photos, IC copies). . Assist residents in understanding cost-sharing responsibilities. . Submit claims via official portals . Monitor claim status and follow up on pending issues. . Keep records of all submitted claims for reference or audit. . Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and correspondence. . Prepare reports, forms, and letters as required. . Support the office team in handling day-to-day operations.
Skills & Requirements: . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). . Able to communicate clearly with residents and external agencies. . Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills. . Prior experience in HDB or community-related work is an advantage
