Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail).
- Manage company's main email account and respond to email enquiries promptly.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders.
- Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers.
- Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers – from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaise with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo.
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion.
