  • Diploma or higher in insurance, healthcare, or health administration related fields.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.

  • PC literate with basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, and pivot tables).

  • Possesses good initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • High integrity, accountable, adaptable, and a strong team player.

  • Collected, dispatched, opened, and stamped claims documents and invoices.

  • Performed data entry and updated claims records in the system.

  • Assisted with additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
