Job Requirements

Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field;

  • BPO work experience is an advantage;
  • Preferably 1 – 4 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent;
  • Willing to work Australian Time (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM);
  • Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible;
  • Must be fluent in oral and written English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills;
  • Must be presentable and have good interpersonal skills;
  • Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required);
  • Must be computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.);
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
