Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Manage the physical office environment, including equipment maintenance and supply procurement
- Budgeting: Oversee the annual budget for office supplies and corporate events
- Information Management: Organized filing systems for all physical and digital records, plans, and documents
- Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for office staff and Bikers
- Operational Support (BAU): Direct daily operations such as data entry, ID production, kit assembly, and equipment distribution
- Inventory Control: Monitor and audit stock levels for general supplies, company assets, and Biker kits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of any related course
- 2 years of related working experience
