We are seeking an experienced Admin Procurement to join our team at METHODICAL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement operations and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
What you'll be doing
Managing and processing purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Maintaining detailed procurement records and documentation
Assisting with the preparation of reports and data analysis related to procurement activities
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate procurement processes
Supporting the procurement team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
