Adecco is partnering with a Corporate Secreterial company to seek for a Corporate Secretary Assistant to join their growing business in helping clients in setting up their business in Singapore. The Job: Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team Liaise with ACRA customer service officer over the phone on work related enquiries. Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records. The Talent: Open to candidates with administrative experience Corporate secretarial experience will be advantageous Must be able to speak and read Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese counterparts Detail oriented Strong communication skills
