Job Description

Well established builder and land developer is looking to add a member to our team.

We are looking to hire a part time, entry level, Administrative Assistant with excellent written and oral communication skills (spelling and proper grammar is a must). Position will start at 5 days a week with a maximum of 25 hours a week to start.

The perfect candidate would have knowledge of the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and working knowledge of Quick Books. Experience in the construction Industry is preferred.

Basic job functions include but are not limited to filing, answering phones, emails, ordering materials, requesting quotes from vendors, updating Facebook and our website, entering invoices, reconciling bank accounts and some local travel.
