Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Moolarben Open Cut mine is currently looking for an Administration Assistant - Mining (MPEA) to join the team on Blue Crew. 

Reporting to the Dispatch Superintendent, you will play an integral role in supporting the production team. You will be assigned to a production crew and your multi-tasking skills will be put to the test.


In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including: 

  • Assist with monitoring environmental compliance (dust, noise etc.) 

  • Compile and accurately enter production data obtained during shift (either day or night) 

  • Manage the administration of manning requirements for the crew 

  • Production report

  • Ad hoc tasks throughout shift
