On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Diploma Full-time
Job Responsibilities
(I) Human Resources Management
- Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, offer communication, etc.)
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees and arrange retraining for underperforming staff.
- Maintain employee records (including forms required by Philippine statutes).
- Handle employee disciplinary procedures and separation processes.
- Assist in formulating and improving the company's HR policies and procedures.
(II) Administrative Management
- Procure office supplies and manage related logistics.
- Manage employee attendance records.
- Handle daily office administrative affairs.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding offline transactions and compliance matters.
