- Be at the heart of how Warnbro Shopping Centre operates, supporting the Centre Management team while owning key administrative and office operations that keep the centre performing day-to-day.
- This is a hands-on, varied role offering autonomy, exposure, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
- Own your role – Manage finance, admin, and office operations with autonomy and variety.
Who we’re looking for?
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an administration role providing team support.
- Advanced in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
