We are looking for an experienced and responsible Administration Manager to oversee and manage the company’s administrative functions and daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, managing office procedures and coordinating support services.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facilities management, and vendor relationships
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and services
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, landlords, and government agencies
  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the company
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
