Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership

+ Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately

+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents

+ Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks

+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications

+ Order office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace
