Job Description
Responsibilities: Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Arrange catering and other logistics as required
- Dispatch outgoing mails to other hospital departments and external parties
- Distribute incoming mails to the department promptly
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports
- Perform typing, filing, sorting, scanning, photocopying, and recording of documents
- Maintain organized records of forms and documents for easy retrieval
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as needed
