Job Description

Responsibilities: Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Arrange catering and other logistics as required
Mail & Correspondence Handling
  • Dispatch outgoing mails to other hospital departments and external parties
  • Distribute incoming mails to the department promptly
  • Prepare routine correspondence and reports
Document Management & Office Support
  • Perform typing, filing, sorting, scanning, photocopying, and recording of documents
  • Maintain organized records of forms and documents for easy retrieval
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as needed
