Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant for the Safety Department provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the company's safety programs and compliance initiatives. This position works closely with the Safety Director, Safety Managers, field personnel, and project teams to maintain records, coordinate training, support regulatory compliance efforts, and assist in promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide administrative support to the Safety Department and Safety Management Team.

+ Maintain employee safety training records, certifications, and qualification databases.

+ Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, orientations, training sessions, and certification courses.
