Tasks & responsibilities:



Handle incoming breakdown calls and assign calls to field staffs.

Provide day-to-day administrative duties such as preparing contract, quotation and follow up.

Maintain service spare part inventory.

Any other ad-hoc assignment that may arise from work.

Requirements:



· At least ITE/GCE 'O' level Cert / Recognized Secretarial/Business Studies qualification.



· Strong command of spoken English with good phone etiquette.



· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and Email application).



· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment



· Good team player, meticulous, highly numerate and detail oriented



· Work independently with minimal supervision.



Able to start work immediately or within short notice
