Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and preparing documents etc. Respond to phone calls and emails Provide support in training logistics such as registrations, invoicing, scheduling, creating attendance, notify client on confirmation of the training registration Managing data in spreadsheets & reports Performing other relevant duties when needed Requirements At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in training related matters Able to work in fast-paced and challenging environment Possess with a good customer service skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word. Location is at 45 Sungei Kadut Loop
