Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced professional office environment in downtown Toronto.

(Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Duration: 3 months with strong potential for extension or permanent employment


Key Qualifications:

✔ Senior-level administrative support experience in a professional environment

✔ Experience supporting multiple managers simultaneously

✔ Strong event coordination and scheduling skills

✔ Experience managing high-volume administrative processes and workflow tracking

✔ Experience preparing and processing correspondence, notices, reports, and supporting documentation

✔ Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SaaS-based expense management tools

✔ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong attention to detail
