We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support office administration, payroll processing, worker management, dormitory coordination, and project-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Documentation Duties
. Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, project documents, permits, and administrative files.
. Handle daily correspondence, including emails, letters, and communication with clients, suppliers, government agencies, and employees.
