Overview

Administrative Behavior Technician role combining direct programming responsibilities with office administrative duties within our clinic environments. This hybrid position involves delivering direct programming interventions to clients and providing administrative support to maintain smooth clinic operations. The role supports coordination, organization of daily activities, and customer service for clients and client families.

Reports to: Center Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for client check-in/check-out at the front desk
  • Assist with answering phones, handling inquiries, and managing cancellation/reschedule requests
  • Utilize technologies including Salesforce, CentralReach and Vonage; participate in evaluating these systems and provide feedback
