We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Executive to support the Electrical and Electronics team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective management of administrative processes and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including but not limited to quotation preparation, order creation, and accurate record maintenance Prepare and track job orders and related documentation Support customer service activities, ensuring timely and professional responses and follow-ups Coordinate schedules and service arrangements with relevant internal and external stakeholders Maintain proper filing of all documentation (softcopy and hardcopy) Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support as required Continuously review and improve administrative processes Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification At least 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a customer-faci...
