BGC Group is seeking a candidate for a case-processing role to support service delivery for student care subsidy cases. The position requires strong attention to detail and judgment, especially in handling appeals and refunds.

Key responsibilities include processing applications, identifying incomplete submissions, and documenting decisions. Candidates should hold a Degree in any related field and be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position based in Singapore with a salary of up to $3,160 per month.
