Front Desk & Customer Service
- welcome visitors, answer phone / WhatsApp / email enquiries, maintain polite and professional communication. Bilingual Communication (English & Mandarin)
- confidently liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents and students to ensure clear two-way understanding. Class Administration
- manage enrolments, attendance, make-up lessons, invoicing, and fee collection. Centre Operations
- oversee classrooms, stationery, pantry and basic facilities liaise with vendors and logistics partners. Marketing & Events Support
- prepare simple posters, update social media, coordinate holiday workshops and outreach events. Data & Reporting
- maintain accurate student records, compile weekly operational report...
