Job Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and office inventory.
- Assist in procurement of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client contracts, billing, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to support client service needs and project scheduling.
- Monitor and replenish office and cleaning stock levels; process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR documentation for field and office personnel.
- Ensure that company licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance documents are up-to-date.
