Administrative Support

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to support an after-school student engagement programme within a school environment. The successful candidate will assist in both administrative duties and student engagement activities to create a safe, structured, and positive learning space for students.

• Provide administrative support in student management matters, including recording attendance, monitoring latecomers, and handling disciplinary records (e.g. confiscation of handphones).
• Maintain accurate documentation, student records, and case files.
• Draft basic student reports as required.
• Supervise and manage an after-school room where students may participate in structured activities.
