Administrator, HR
Location: Juarez Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico
A Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the HR department, helping ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Employee Records Management- Maintain and update personnel files (both digital and physical).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Track attendance, leaves, and time‑off requests.
- Assist with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics.
- Collect and organize job applications and resumes.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials.
