Job Description

UGL are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team supporting a maintenance project. This will be a permanent position, commencing ASAP. 

You will be working a DIDO 5/2 roster on site in Wagerup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assisting Site and Project Managers in all administration duties
  • Assist with Project Team with administrative requirements.
  • Provide general site administration
  • Compile, review and proactively follow up on daily timesheet data, with a strong focus on cost tracking and ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.
