Position Title: Administrator, Project

Location: Scarborough, ON, CA

Operating Sector: Energy

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the job site.

Responsibilities

  • Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Track, record and report attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance.
  • Assist with the creation and submission of project billing.
  • Coordinate and prepare job packages including locates & permits, materials.
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a positive friendly manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system on site.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prolonged sedentary positioning.
  • Daily attendance at project yard will be required.
