Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer journey mapping and business discovery workshops.
  • Design and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions.
  • Develop unified customer profiles and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Define identity resolution, schema design, and data ingestion frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, data, and technology teams.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout implementation and deployment.

Required Skills:

✅ 7+ years of experience in Customer Data, Martech, Digital Architecture, or related fields.

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP.

✅ Strong experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience design.

✅ Expertise in identity resolution, schema design, and data modeling.
