Responsibilities

  • Lead Role Overview: the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Design and implement event‑driven customer journeys across email, push, in‑app, and other channels.
  • Define journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rules.
  • Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaigns.
  • Plan and manage releases, deployments, and coordination with dependent teams.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to AJO developers and QA resources.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing automation or journey orchestration roles.
