Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst / BI Developer (Power BI) where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Surgical Transformation & Program Management Office (TPMO) Process Excellence team within the R&D function. This virtual position, based in MN, offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to projects that enhance decision-making and execution across R&D and adjacent business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models supporting a wide range of R&D and adjacent business processes.

  • Standardize KPI and metric definitions in partnership with stakeholders;document definitions and ensure consistent implementation across reporting assets.

  • Develop and maintain core semantic data models (e.G., shared datasets) serving multiple stakeholders and business domains;apply best practices for star schema / dimensional modeling.
