We currently have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic ACP to work within our Home Visiting service (Team Up) in North Hardwick and Bolsover.

A Band 7 trainee position may be offered to an aspiring Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is committed to undertaking an apprenticeship training programme.

A Band 8a position will be offered to candidates who have already completed an MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent) and who can demonstrate contemporary experience working at an advanced level within a relevant clinical environment.
