Job DescriptionThe Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) has responsibility integrating manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development process.The role ensures new products are designed for manufacturability, scalability, cost‐effectiveness, and quality.Acting as a technical liaison between product design, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams, the AME supports the transition from early concept to production launch.ResponsibilitiesServe as the manufacturing voice in cross‐functional NPD teams from concept through launchDrive DFM, DFA and cost optimization into early product designDevelop manufacturing process plans: process flow, equipment selection and layoutLead design, sourcing and qualification of tooling, fixtures and automation for new product introductionSupport prototype and pilot builds, analyze results, and provide feedback to design and engineering teamsAssess and mitigate manufacturing risks through PFMEA, control plans and robust process controlsColl...
