Main Duties of the Job

The ANP will support primary care services, assist GPs, and work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead to provide advanced clinical practice and leadership.

• Need expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide-ranging and complex patient problems.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team composed of registered and non-registered professionals, including mental health and substance misuse practitioners.
• Act as a role model, ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Support senior clinicians on site and contribute to the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients.
