Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within general practice.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice skills, working towards non‑medical prescribing.
