Your responsibilities will range from providing escalated instructor support and facilitating training to performing data management and analysis tasks, ensuring effective program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting and trainer orientation
• Monitor compliance with program policies
• Lead instructor recruitment and surveys
• Perform data entry and generate performance reports
