Job Description

Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for designing strategies and optimizing algorithms for the advertising system.

-Design and implement ad bidding mechanisms.

-Estimate CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate) for advertising models.

-Research advanced technologies for the advertising system.


Job qualification:

-Can speak Chinese fluently

-Experience with large-scale advertising system strategy algorithms; experience with RTB (Real-Time Bidding) is preferred.

-Background in machine learning and deep learning.

-Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

-Strong team spirit, excellent communication, and learning abilities.

-Exceptional problem analysis and solving skills, with a passion for tackling challenging issues.

-Outstanding logical thinking skills, capable of discovering valuable patterns from large datasets.
